250 ml SABI Acidophilus milk
250 g semi-coarse flour
120 g granulated sugar
80 ml oil
2 pcs eggs
1 packet vanilla sugar
1 packet baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
Procedure
1. In a bowl, whip eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy, add oil, acidophilus milk, and mix thoroughly.
2. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and gently mix to form a smooth batter.
3. Pour the batter into a buttered and floured rectangular pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 35 minutes until the surface is golden.
4. After baking, let cool and optionally dust with powdered sugar. Cut into slices and serve with honey or your favorite jam.
