Prešov Lokše with Volovec Cheese

500 g cooked potatoes in skin
salt
1 egg
100 – 150 g plain flour
60 g lard or 140 g liver pâté
60 g mature Volovec cheese
chives


Procedure

Peel cooled potatoes, grate, salt, and knead with egg and flour into medium-firm dough. Divide into pieces, roll into rounds, and bake on a dry griddle or pan on both sides. Spread with lard or liver pâté, sprinkle with grated cheese and chopped chives. Fold in half or into triangles. Serve with tea or dry white wine as a delicious treat.
