500 g boiled potatoes in skin
salt
1 egg
100 - 150 g plain flour
60 g lard or 140 g liver pâté
60 g ripened Volovec cheese
chives
Procedure
Peel cooled potatoes, grate, salt, and knead with egg and flour into medium-firm dough.
Divide into pieces, roll into rounds, and bake each side on a dry griddle or pan. Spread baked lokše with lard or liver pâté, sprinkle with grated cheese and chopped chives.
Fold finished lokše in half or into triangles. Serve with tea or dry white wine as a delicious treat.
