Cheese Stuffed Pepper

Ingredients

• 4 vegetable peppers (can be colored)
• 300 g matured VOLOVEC cheese
• 1 processed VOLOVEC cheese in casing (100 g)
• SABI butter (as needed)
• lettuce and tomatoes for garnish
• lemon juice

Procedure

Cut the peppers lengthwise, remove the inside and wash them well. Let them dry. Grate the matured Volovec cheese finely and blend it with butter into a cream. Mix in the processed VOLOVEC cheese and blend until smooth. Use a piping bag to fill the prepared peppers with this mixture. Before serving, garnish with lettuce leaves and tomatoes. Finally, drizzle everything with lemon juice.
