SABI Pancake Cake by Janka

Janka is a mother of a two-year-old daughter who loves spending her free time in the kitchen. She enjoys experimenting and creating recipes that she has been sharing on her Instagram @janickine_dobroty for several years.

Batter

1 l SABI milk
3 pcs eggs
400 g plain flour
1 tsp vanilla sugar
pinch of salt
oil for frying

Cream

200 g Delicious White Spread
250 ml whipping cream 33%
2 tbsp powdered sugar
200 g sour cream
30 g dried raspberries
strawberry jam


Instructions

1. For the pancake batter, mix SABI milk, eggs, flour, sugar, and salt in a large bowl. Heat a pan with oil and gradually cook pancakes from the batter. Let the cooked pancakes cool.

2. Whip the cream from the Delicious Spread, whipping cream, and sugar. Finally, fold in raspberries and sour cream by hand.

3. Stack pancakes, alternating layers of jam and cream between them. Spread cream on top, decorate as desired, and let rest in the fridge for at least one hour.
