Oyster Mushroom Cream Soup

300 g fresh oyster mushrooms
5 potatoes
12% SABI cooking cream
SABI sour cream
1 onion
oil
ground black pepper
sweet paprika powder
salt
plain flour
broth or mushroom bouillon (about 1 l)


Procedure

Wash and chop oyster mushrooms. Finely chop onion and sauté in oil. Add mushrooms and stew. Add peeled and diced potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika. Pour broth or mushroom bouillon, season, and cook until soft. Finally, add cooking cream mixed with a tablespoon of plain flour and cook a little longer. Season and garnish with sour cream and parsley leaves.
