The list of winners will be published on www.milkagro.sk
Prizes exceeding the value of €350 including VAT are subject to taxation of prizes considered other income under § 8 of Act No. 580/2004 Coll. on health insurance. The competition organizer is not responsible for any breach of tax obligations or the obligation to declare the prize in the tax return by the winner. Prizes not collected by the winner by 30.1.2017 will be forfeited to the competition organizer. After this date, prizes cannot be claimed.
