Summer Salad with Pear and Hrudka Cheese

Ingredients

250 g baby spinach
bunch of radishes
2 pcs pears
250 g cherry tomatoes
220 g Sabinovská hrudka cheese
2 pcs fresh eggs
150 g mini mozzarella
parsley leaves
2 tbsp honey
bread
cranberry pâté


Instructions

Peel, clean, and dice the pears, then cook them briefly in a small amount of water with 2 tsp sugar. When the water evaporates, add 2 tablespoons of honey and let it caramelize. Just before the pears are caramelized, slice the Sabinovská hrudka cheese into crescents and quickly fry them golden in a dry grill pan. In a deep plate or bowl, arrange washed and dried baby spinach leaves, cherry tomatoes, mini mozzarella, radishes sliced into crescents, caramelized pear, and top with pieces of grilled Sabinovská hrudka sprinkled with chopped parsley. This combination goes well with fresh bread and cranberry pâté.
