Ingredients
450 ml kefir milk SABI
800 g semi-coarse flour1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 yogurt tartar SABI
200 g matured Sabinovská tehla cheese
oil
Procedure
Mix kefir milk with semi-coarse flour, salt, and baking soda using a mixer. Cover and let rest for 2 hours.
Prepare a surface, dust with flour, and shape langos from the dough. The dough is slightly sticky, so dust with flour as needed. Fry langos in hot oil on both sides.
Finally, spread langos with yogurt tartar and sprinkle with grated cheese.
