200 g SABI butter
100 g May bryndza cheese
50 g red pepper (pickled)
30 g onion
20 g parsley leaves
salt as needed


Procedure

Mix all ingredients into softened SABI butter with bryndza to create a uniform mass. Shape into a log using cling film and let it harden in the refrigerator.

Serving Tip

The prepared butter can be used, for example, to glaze meat dishes. After baking the meat, place bryndza butter in the pan, add some vegetable broth, and stir continuously until melted. This creates a sauce to pour over the finished meat. Bryndza butter is also delicious as a spread on bread.
