Acidophilus Milk Cake

Ingredients

1/2 l SABI acidophilus milk
3 cups semi-coarse flour
2 cups powdered sugar
2 handfuls ground walnuts
1 cup oil
1 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together to form a smooth batter and pour onto a greased and floured baking tray.

Bake for about 25 minutes at 180 °C.

After baking, let the cake cool, spread with your favorite topping or pour with *chocolate ganache (*heat whipping cream and add cooking chocolate in a 1:1 ratio).
