Gluten-Free Yogurt Mini Donuts

200 g white yogurt SABI
200 g gluten-free self-raising flour mix
20 g vanilla sugar
1 pc egg
1 tbsp rum
1 g salt
oil as needed


Procedure

Whisk all ingredients and let the dough rest for 20 minutes. Using a teaspoon, form balls from the dough, place them into heated oil in a pot, and fry for about 3 minutes. After frying, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
