500 g semi-coarse flour
600 ml SABI acidophilus milk
soft lumpy SABI curd cheese
125 g SABI butter
salt,
parsley


Procedure

Put sifted semi-coarse flour, salt, and acidophilus milk into a bowl. Knead dough so it is neither too thick nor too thin.


Drop dumplings into salted boiling water. After they float to the surface, cook for another minute.


Drain, mix with curd cheese, and pour melted butter over. Season to taste.
Enjoy your meal!


Before serving, sprinkle dumplings with parsley.
