4 salmon fillets
juice of 1 lemon
1 pc iceberg lettuce
250 g cherry tomatoes
1 pc salad cucumber
1 pc small red onion
SABI Balkan-style cheese
black olives
150 g SABI Yogurt Tartar Sauce
2-3 tbsp fresh chopped dill
salt, black pepper
Instructions
1. Season the salmon with salt, pepper, and drizzle with lemon juice.
2. Place it on a hot grill and grill for about 12–15 minutes until tender and juicy.
3. In a large bowl, mix chopped iceberg lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, SABI Balkan-style cheese, slices of red onion, and olives.
4. In a small bowl, mix SABI Yogurt Tartar Sauce with chopped fresh dill.
5. Place the salmon on the salad, drizzle with the dill dressing, and serve.
