Grilled Sabinovská Hrudka with Beetroot

3-4 pcs beetroot
2 pcs white Sabinovská hrudka
60 g SABI butter
1/2 tsp ground fennel
2 tbsp cherry jam
salt as needed
poppy seed oil as needed
parmesan as needed


Procedure

Peel and slice the beetroot and boil in water for about 20 minutes until semi-soft. In a pan suitable for oven use, melt SABI butter. Add ground fennel, cherry jam, salt, mix and heat the mixture. Add the cooked beetroot and sliced Sabinovská hrudka. Drizzle with poppy seed oil and gently mix. Place the pan in an oven preheated to 160 °C and bake for about 20 minutes using the grill function. Serve the finished delicacy with a bit of grated parmesan and drizzle with poppy seed oil at the end.
