Fresh Blueberry Delight with Apricots

500 g blueberries
80 g powdered sugar
4 pcs ripe apricots
200 g SABI butter
140 g SABI plain yogurt
140 g SABI sour cream
10/12 pcs long ladyfingers
for decoration steamed oat flakes


Procedure

1. Put blueberries in a pot, add 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons water, and bring to a boil. Stir until a medium-thick sauce forms that drips off a spoon, then let it cool.

2. Cut apricots into smaller pieces. In a bowl, combine SABI butter, plain yogurt, sour cream, and remaining sugar. Whisk briefly. Mix half of the blueberry sauce into the cream. Prepare glass cups, break ladyfingers into them, pour some blueberry sauce, add cream and apricot pieces, then repeat with ladyfingers, sauce, cream, and apricots. Chill filled cups in the refrigerator before serving. Finally, sprinkle with oat flakes.
