Dough:
4 eggs
200 g powdered sugar
100 ml oil
100 ml water
2 tablespoons cocoa
200 g semi-coarse flour
½ packet baking powder
Filling:
300 g ground walnuts
75 g powdered sugar
50 ml rum
2 tablespoons oil
200 – 300 g jam
White mass:
200 g hardened fat
200 g powdered sugar
150 g dried milk SABI
chocolate glaze
Procedure
Dough:
Whisk yolks with sugar, gradually add oil, water, flour mixed with baking powder, and cocoa. Finally, fold in stiff egg whites. Spread dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven.
Filling:
Mix all ingredients and spread on cooled dough.
White mass:
Work hardened fat, sugar, and dried milk into a smooth mass and chill briefly. Cut parchment paper to dough size, dust with powdered sugar, and roll out white mass evenly. Carefully lift paper with mass and place on cake. Press lightly and remove paper. Cut into cookies and dip as desired into chocolate glaze. Let set and serve.
