Ingredients
For the dough:
8 eggs, 8 tbsp granulated sugar, 10 tbsp semi-coarse flour, 1 - 2 tbsp cocoa
For the vanilla cream:
200 g Hélia, 80 g cream powder (Zlatý Klas etc.), 500 ml semi-skimmed Sabi milk, 50 g granulated sugar, one vanilla sugar, 1 - 2 tsp cocoa (optional), rum essence
For the nut cream:
200 g ground nuts, sugar to taste, vanilla sugar, semi-skimmed Sabi milk, zest of one lemon
For decoration:
kiwi, strawberries, 3 pcs whipping cream 33% (200 ml) Sabi, whipping stabilizer, chocolate
Procedure
Dough:
Whip egg yolks with sugar to foam. Add sifted flour and finally gently fold in stiff egg white foam. Add cocoa, divide the dough into two parts. Bake on baking paper.
Vanilla cream:
Cook pudding from milk, Zlatý Klas and sugar, then mix with Hélia after cooling. Flavor with rum aroma.
Nut cream:
Mix nuts, sugar and lemon zest with enough milk to create a spreadable cream.
Spread half of the vanilla cream on the first dough sheet, arrange strawberries on it. Spread the other half of the cream and place the second dough sheet on top. Spread nut filling and top with half of the whipped cream made from cream. Arrange kiwi slices on top and spread the remaining whipped cream. Sprinkle with grated chocolate.
Note: Bake the cake on a smaller baking tray.
