1 l semi-skimmed milk SABI
500 ml jucha (sauerkraut juice)
1 sausage
piece of bacon
oil
onion
salt
ground black pepper
bay leaf
2 – 3 mushrooms
2 tablespoons butter SABI
12% cooking cream SABI
plain flour
1 egg
Procedure
Fry chopped sausage and bacon in a pan. Remove from heat. In a pot, heat oil and sauté chopped onion. Add butter and plain flour to make a light roux.
Pour in jucha and simmer briefly. Add chopped mushrooms, salt, pepper, bay leaf, and cook.
Mix egg and sweet cream with a little flour in milk, pour into the soup, and bring to a boil.
Pour the finished mačanka into a bowl and serve with fried bacon and sausage.
