250 g white yogurt SABI
250 ml 33% whipping cream SABI
500 g blueberries (canned without juice)
140 g granulated sugar
juice of 1 lemon
1 packet cold gelatin stabilizer
100 ml lukewarm water
100 g children's sponge biscuits
Procedure
NEEDED: A loaf pan and cling film
Make a puree from blueberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a blender. Stir in yogurt.
Whip cream with an electric mixer until stiff.
Prepare gelatin stabilizer according to instructions with water and stir into the blueberry and yogurt puree. Gently fold in whipped cream.
Line the pan with cling film and place biscuits on the bottom. Pour one-third of the cream and repeat the process.
Chill for 3 hours until set. Before serving, unmold, remove film, and decorate with blueberries.
