Chocolate Almond Mousse

300 ml whipping cream Sabi, 175 ml semi-skimmed Sabi milk, 1 tbsp powdered gelatin, 175 g chocolate of your choice, 4 ice cubes, 60 g powdered sugar, 1 tbsp almond essence


Procedure

Pour half of the cream into a pan and sprinkle with gelatin. When gelatin softens, gently heat the cream while stirring occasionally until bubbles start to form. Pour the hot mixture into a mixer, add chocolate pieces and whip until smooth. Then add ice cubes, milk, sugar, almond essence and the remaining cream. Mix everything until smooth. Pour the mixture into glasses and refrigerate for 4 hours. Serve decorated with whipped cream and almond flakes.
