Lemon Refreshment

Ingredients

4 lemons
500 g sour cream SABI
2 tablespoons whipping cream 33% SABI
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
2 packs long ladyfingers
orange juice

Procedure

Put lemon juice in a bowl, add sour cream, whipping cream, and sugar. Mix well, can whisk with a whisk.
Dip ladyfingers on both sides in orange juice. Arrange tightly in a form and pour part of lemon mixture over. Repeat layers and finish with lemon mixture.
Chill dessert overnight in refrigerator. Flavors blend and ladyfingers soften.
Ideal for a summer Sunday.
