Chocolate Termix

Ingredients

300 ml semi-skimmed milk SABI
1 chocolate pudding
2 tablespoons cocoa
4 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 tablespoon SABI butter
250 g soft spreadable curd cheese
in SABI casing
250 g SABI white yogurt
2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Procedure

Cook thick pudding from milk, pudding mix, cocoa, and sugar. Stir in butter after removing from heat and let cool. Add curd cheese, yogurt, and powdered sugar to pudding mixture. Blend well with an immersion blender into a smooth cream, pour into bowls, and chill. Serve with fruit and whipped cream if desired.
