250 g SABI white yogurt
250 ml SABI whipping cream 33%
500 g blueberries (canned without juice)
140 g granulated sugar
juice of 1 lemon
1 packet cold gelatin stabilizer
100 ml lukewarm water
100 g ladyfingers

Baking form for sponge cake
Food wrap
Procedure
Make a puree from blueberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a blender. Stir in yogurt. Whip cream until stiff. Prepare gelatin stabilizer according to instructions with water and mix into the blueberry and yogurt puree. Gently fold in the whipped cream. Line the form with food wrap and place ladyfingers at the bottom. Pour a third of the cream, repeat the layers, and finish with cream. Refrigerate for 3 hours to set. Before serving, unmold, remove wrap, and decorate with blueberries.
