Banana-Almond Bread

65 g SABI butter
150 g powdered sugar
2 pcs eggs
250 ml SABI milk
2 tsp almond extract
375 g all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 pcs bananas
60 g almonds

FOR THE BOTTOM OF THE PAN

butter SABI as needed (for greasing the pan)
almonds as needed (for the bottom of the pan)


Procedure

1. Beat softened SABI butter with sugar until creamy. Add eggs, milk, vanilla, and almond extract and mix until combined.

2. In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

3. Slowly add dry ingredients to the butter mixture. Then add mashed bananas, chopped almonds, and gently mix everything together.

4. Line the pan with baking paper, grease it slightly with butter, and sprinkle chopped almonds on the bottom. Pour the batter on top. Bake at 175 degrees for about 40-50 minutes (do a skewer test). Let cool, turn out, and serve.
