February 2nd and 3rd, 2017 were somewhat different days than usual.
For many employees of Milk - Agro retail stores, it had a festive flavor. The best teams were waiting for their awards.
A year of effort, hard work, diligence, and patience has passed, but all this bore fruit. Every willingness and good idea gradually brought points into the table of the contest for the best store of the year 2016. Finally, the time came to count and the final result.
Words of thanks, praise, and encouragement for further work were expressed by the satisfied owner for all the effort the saleswomen put into their daily work. The top five teams from each region were awarded not only with a large diploma but also with a monetary reward. Of course, this motivated all participants for the future, as customers like to return to well-functioning stores.
