Avocado Spread with Sour Cream

Ingredients

1 avocado
40 g onion
60 g SABI sour cream or SABINA cheese casing
2 tablespoons lemon juice
tabasco
salt and ground black pepper

Procedure

For our quick avocado spread, we only need a few ingredients and you'll love the fantastic taste. Put the avocado flesh, chopped onion, sour cream, and lemon juice into a blender. Blend everything together. Season with
tabasco, salt, and ground black pepper.

You can also replace the sour cream with SABINA casing cream cheese.
