200 g soft curd cheese with lumps
1 egg
granulated and vanilla sugar for seasoning
750 g semi-coarse flour
500 ml acidophilus milk
250 g butter
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt
Procedure
First, prepare the filling. Crush the curd cheese by hand into small pieces and mix well with the egg, granulated, and vanilla sugar.
Make dough from flour, acidophilus milk, baking soda, and salt, then roll it out to a thickness of 0.5 cm. Cut the dough into squares, fill with the curd filling, fold, and seal the edges firmly.
Place the prepared dumplings on a greased baking tray. Bake in the oven for about 8–10 minutes at 170 °C until light pink. Place the baked dumplings in a bowl.
Before serving, briefly boil them in boiling water. After removing, let them drain. Then you can pour melted butter over them and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
