For the month of August, we have chosen as a tip for you our original Volovec cheese.
Volovec can be classified into the family of so-called Swiss-Dutch cheeses, specifically Tilsit cheese, which was first produced by Dutch settlers around the East Prussian town of Tilsit.
At the MILK-AGRO production plant, it has been produced since 2010, year-round except for the months of March and April. It matures for 60 days, and its taste depends on the maturation period.
Volovec is a cheese for gourmets, cheese fans, but also for everyone who simply likes cheese and for whom it is a regular or festive part of the menu.
