400 g mature Volovec cheese
100 g SABI butter
plain flour
egg
breadcrumbs
walnuts
Procedure
Cut cheese into larger rectangles or cubes and soak in melted butter. Then coat in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs mixed with chopped walnuts. Fry cheese in hot oil until golden. Serve each cube with a toothpick.
