Cheese Roll

Ingredients

400 g Sabinovska Tehla 30% Slices
25 slices of ham
350 g delicious SABI spread, white or chili
2 pcs eggs
2 handfuls of chopped colorful peppers
2 tablespoons of sterilized corn
parsley, a piece of leek, garlic

Procedure

1. Place the cheese slices on a baking tray lined with baking paper so that they overlap.

2. Put them in a preheated oven at 180°C for a few minutes to let them stick together.

3. Finely chop the colorful peppers and leek. Also chop several slices of ham and add chopped parsley and corn to the mixture.

4. In another bowl, mash 2 hard-boiled eggs, add delicious SABI spread, parsley, crushed garlic, and mix.

5. On the tray with the cheese slice, spread the ham slices, then spread the creamy mixture on the ham and evenly sprinkle with chopped vegetables. Roll everything into a roll.

6. Wrap the finished cheese roll in cling film and let it chill in the refrigerator for a few hours. Finally, cut it into equal parts and serve with fresh bread or vegetable salad.
