150 g matured Sabinovská tehla cheese
400 g ground chicken meat
20 mushrooms
5 tablespoons olive oil
salt
ground black pepper
3 garlic cloves
parsley
fresh herbs


Procedure

Wash mushrooms and separate stems from caps. Heat olive oil in a pan, fry ground chicken meat, then add chopped mushroom stems. Before finishing, add chopped parsley, garlic, salt, and mix well.

Fill mushroom caps with this mixture. Place filled mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, sprinkle each mushroom with grated cheese, and drizzle with olive oil. Briefly bake in the oven at 200°

After baking, garnish caps with herb sprigs and serve immediately. Enjoy your meal!
