No-Bake Cream Cake

Ingredients

4 SABI sour creams
2 packs children's ladyfingers
any (seasonal) fruit
vanilla sugar to taste

Instructions

Mix sour cream with vanilla sugar until the cream is sweet enough. Line a round cake pan with cling film and place ladyfingers on the bottom. Spread cream over the ladyfingers, layer sliced fruit on top, and add another layer of ladyfingers. Repeat until all ingredients are used. Let the cake rest overnight in the fridge and before serving, sprinkle with cocoa and decorate with fruit.
