Dough:
100 g whole spelt flour
200 g plain flour
200 g SABI butter
200 ml SABI sour cream
1 pack baking powder
1-2 tsp salt
Filling:
100 g SABI butter
100 g Sabinovská tehla 45% - grated
Salt to taste
Procedure
Knead dough from flour, SABI butter, SABI sour cream, salt, and baking powder. We add whole spelt flour mainly for its nutty flavor and crispness it gives to the baked goods after the dough cools. Roll the dough into a thin sheet. Mix softened SABI butter with salt and spread it on the rolled dough. Generously sprinkle with Sabinovská tehla. Roll into a roulade and cut into 1 cm thick slices about 5 cm in diameter. Place cut side down on baking paper. Sprinkle the tops with Sabinovská tehla and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 15 minutes.
