Ingredients
250 g SABI butter
200 g granulated sugar
1 packet vanilla sugar
5 pcs eggs
230 g plain flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
50 ml SABI milk
Instructions
1. Whip softened SABI butter with granulated and vanilla sugar until creamy.
2. Gradually add whole eggs one by one while continuously whisking.
3. Sift flour with baking soda and gradually fold into the mixture by spoonfuls. Finally, add SABI milk and whisk until smooth, liquid batter.
4. Pour the batter onto a baking tray lined with baking paper approximately 20x20 cm.
5. Smooth the surface and bake in a preheated oven at 160 °C for about 60 minutes.
6. After baking, turn the cake out of the pan and let it cool.
