Dough

250 g plain flour
50 g sugar
1 vanilla sugar
140 g SABI butter
2 egg yolks

 

Filling

1 condensed milk (Salko)
140 g butter
Chocolate glaze and nuts


Procedure

Mix all dough ingredients in a bowl and let rest wrapped in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Then press the dough into the bottom of small molds/cups (your choice) and bake at 170 °C until golden and fragrant.


After baking, immediately unmold and let cool. Cook the condensed milk on low heat longer to caramelize it.


After cooling, mix in SABI butter and whip into a cream. Fill the cups and refrigerate until the next day. Then decorate with chocolate glaze and nuts. Let set a bit again before serving.
