Sour milk with live microbes, i.e., yogurt, is one of the legendary foods. People have used yogurt for centuries to treat diarrhea and other intestinal diseases. Based on experiments, yogurt made a remarkable entry into modern folk medicine.
Yogurt was thoroughly scientifically studied in the 20th century. It was found to be a multifaceted therapeutic substance. Much of its benefit lies in extensive activities affecting the digestive tract.
Its great properties are due to a group of natural bacteria called LACTOBACILLI, which are responsible for fermentation. They give yogurt its sour taste. Its therapeutic properties depend primarily on the individual types of bacteria. Yogurt acts in several areas:
- AS A REMEDY AGAINST DIARRHEA
- AS A NATURAL ANTIBIOTIC
- AS A MEANS AGAINST CANCER
- AS A STOMACH BALM
