Dumplings with Cottage Cheese a Little Different

750 g potatoes
2 eggs
150 g plain flour
150 g coarse flour
SABI dumpling cottage cheese
salt
125 g SABI butter
onion
garlic
dill
parsley leaves


Procedure

Peel, wash and finely grate the potatoes. Add coarse flour, eggs, salt, and finally the plain flour. Knead a thicker dough so that it separates from the bowl. Drop dumplings from the dough into a large amount of salted boiling water. Cook and remove with a slotted spoon. Dumplings are cooked when they float to the surface. Mix the cooked and drained dumplings in a large bowl with cottage cheese, pour over melted butter. Salt and season to taste:

With garlic: Add crushed garlic to the finished dumplings.

With dill: Add finely chopped dill fried in oil to the finished dumplings. Mix everything again and serve. Before serving, decorate with chopped parsley leaves to taste.
