French Baked Potatoes

Ingredients

1.5 kg potatoes
salt
ground black pepper
2 semi-soft sausages
butter SABI
600 ml 33% whipping cream SABI
4 eggs
onion
bacon

Procedure

Slice potatoes, salt, pepper, add sliced sausage, and mix.
Place in a buttered baking dish. Mix eggs in cream and pour over the potatoes.
Bake at 180 ºC for about 40 minutes.

Slice onion and fry with bacon. Add to the baked potatoes.
