Ingredients

4 lemons
500 g SABI sour cream
2 tablespoons SABI whipping cream 33%
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
2 packages long ladyfingers
orange juice

Procedure

Put lemon juice, sour cream, whipping cream, and sugar into a bowl. Mix well, optionally whisk with a whisk. Dip ladyfingers on both sides in orange juice. Arrange tightly in a form and pour part of the lemon mixture over. Repeat layers and finish with lemon mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Flavors blend and ladyfingers soften. Perfect for a summer Sunday.
