250 g SABI butter
turmeric spice
mustard
salt
ground black pepper
sweet paprika
Provençal herbs
garlic

Procedure

Let the butter soften at room temperature and divide it into 3 equal parts (to create several flavors).

Mix Provençal herbs into the first part, turmeric and mustard into the second, and garlic and red paprika into the last. Lightly salt and season each mixture to taste.

Let the individual flavored butters set in molds or serve immediately as a snack with bread, roasted meat, or fish.
