1. Sponge Cake

4 tbsp semi-coarse flour
4 tbsp sugar
a pinch of baking powder

4 eggs
4 tbsp semi-coarse flour
4 tbsp sugar
a pinch of baking powder
2 tbsp cocoa
greaseproof paper for baking

Cream:

250 g powdered sugar
250 g SABI butter
300 ml SABI semi-skimmed milk
50 g semi-coarse flour
at least 3 bananas sliced into rounds

For decoration:

2 pcs SABI whipping cream 33% (200 ml)
1 whipping stabilizer
250 g SABI butter


Procedure

Whisk the egg yolks with sugar until foamy. Add sifted flour mixed with baking powder. Finally, gently fold in the egg whites. Bake the sponge cake in an oven preheated to 180 °C. Prepare the second sponge cake similarly, but add cocoa to it.

Cook the cream from milk and flour. Let it cool. Mix butter with sugar to a smooth cream. Gradually mix in the cooled cream made from flour and milk. Place the cream in the fridge for a while to thicken slightly.

On a tray (or baking sheet), place the white sponge cake at the bottom, spread half of the cream on it, arrange banana slices on the cream, and cover with the remaining cream. Cover with the dark sponge cake and spread whipped cream stabilized with the stabilizer on top. Let it set well.
