Classic Cheesecake

Ingredients:

For the filling

  • 3 pcs Sabinov plain spread
  • 1 pc SABI curd in casing
  • 1 SABI sour cream
  • 250g powdered sugar
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 eggs
  • fat for greasing the form

For the crust

  • 250g BeBe biscuits
  • 125g SABI butter

Procedure:

Crush the biscuits in a mixer. Add melted butter and mix everything together. Grease the cake pan with butter and press the prepared mixture onto the bottom of the cake pan. Put the pan in the refrigerator to cool.

In a larger bowl, whip the Sabinov spread with curd using a mixer, add sugar and other ingredients. When a smooth cream forms, finally beat in the eggs. Pour the finished cream onto the prepared crust. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Place the filled form in the preheated oven and bake the cake for 10 minutes at this temperature. Then reduce the temperature to 110 degrees and bake for another 20 minutes. DO NOT OPEN THE OVEN during the entire baking time. After baking, turn off the oven, slightly open the oven door, and let the cake cool slowly for at least 2 hours.
Then put it in the refrigerator to chill thoroughly / preferably overnight /
