How to participate?
1. Buy products from the St. Nicholas offer worth at least €6.99. Write your name, address, phone number on the back of the receipt and sign it.
2. Ask your little one to draw St. Nicholas. Write the age and name of the author on the back of the drawing.

The competition runs from November 27 to December 10, 2019. The draw will take place on December 16, 2019, at the headquarters of Milk-Agro, spol. s r. o.

Prizes exceeding the value of €350 including VAT are subject to taxation of prizes and winnings, which are considered other income according to § 8 para. 1 letter i and § 9 para. 2 letter m of Act No. 565/2003 Coll. on income taxes as amended and § 10b para. 1 letter d of Act No. 580/2004 Coll. on health insurance.
The competition organizer is not responsible for any breach of tax obligations or the obligation to report the prize in the tax return by the winner.
Prizes not collected by the winner by January 31, 2020, will be forfeited in favor of the competition organizer. After this date, prizes cannot be claimed.
