Zucchini omelette

Ingredients

6 pcs eggs
1 pc small zucchini
4 pcs slices of ham
4 pcs slices of Volovec cheese
salt/black pepper
oil

Procedure

1. Clean the zucchini, remove the seeds, and grate it.

2. Heat oil in a pan and pour in the egg mixture. Place ham and Volovec slices on top.

3. In a bowl, whisk eggs and season with salt and pepper.

4. Finally, sprinkle with a layer of grated zucchini and cook on low heat under a lid.

5. When the bottom side is cooked, fold the omelette in half and cook on both sides.

6. Serve with vegetable salad or fresh bread.
