On February 2, 2021, MILK-AGRO took a big step. Residents of Bratislava can look forward to the newly opened MILK-AGRO store on Herlianska Street. They can enjoy a wide range of quality SABI dairy products, friendly staff, and modern spaces for their shopping.
What led the company to expand its retail kingdom all the way to western Slovakia? We talked about this and other interesting plans with our long-time employee and manager responsible for the Bratislava store, Mr. Lukáš Renčko.
What led you to open a new MILK-AGRO store in the capital city?
The main reason for opening the store was the fact that people living in Bratislava did not have many opportunities to access our SABI dairy products. For a long time, we had frequent demand for our products. After considering all options, finding premises, and solving logistics, we decided to enrich our capital city with our store. Thanks to this, residents of Bratislava can buy anything from our quality SABI product range.
Who is responsible for opening the MILK-AGRO store in our capital?
First of all, it is important to say that this is not an individual but a team effort. In the western region, our manager Ing. Kunovská operates in close cooperation with Ing. Cesneková, deputy director of the company. We consult and decide all important tasks and actions together. It is a very demanding process involving many of our colleagues, whom I want to thank through this message. Only thanks to quality teamwork could we open the store even in this challenging pandemic time.
What are your future plans? Do you plan to open more stores in the capital?
Those who know us know that until now we focused mainly on selling SABI products in eastern Slovakia. In recent years, we have gradually started opening stores in western Slovakia as well. The Bratislava store is already the 12th operation in the West region. We believe that we will fulfill the basic idea of our company MILK-AGRO, which is a satisfied customer, to the fullest. If that is the case and customers show us support, we will do everything to ensure that this store on Herlianska Street in Bratislava will not be the only one in the capital.
Did anything interesting happen at the grand opening of the store?
Oh yes. For the opening of the Bratislava operation, we prepared a surprise. It is no secret that people from eastern Slovakia are very united, so I am glad that the well-known singer, musician, and also an Easter Slovak Ondrej Kandráč participated in the grand opening. In cooperation with Mr. Kandráč, we also prepared a competition for fans of SABI dairy products and good fun, which our customers can learn about on our website or Facebook page.
Do you want to say anything to your loyal and new customers in Bratislava?
Thank you, yes. At this moment, I am not speaking only for myself but for the entire team. Thank you for being with us. Only thanks to you do we get up in the morning with a smile even in this difficult time. We know that what we do makes sense and that the quality we offer in our SABI dairy products is sought after by a wide base of Slovaks. We will continue to work as best we can, whether we managers or our colleagues at all levels of the company. Everyone, from production workers, drivers, sales managers to saleswomen in the store, has a share in ensuring that our quality products reach you always fresh and tasty.
