It is whipped cream flavored with cocoa. More precisely – with cocoa syrup. Its advantage is that the freshest cream is used for its production and the flavoring is so balanced that after whipping it is ready to use. For cakes, pastries, but also for direct consumption.

We produce sweet unflavored creams with 12% and 33% fat content and a delicacy sour cream with 12% fat content. All, including this new product, are suitable for immediate consumption. All SABI products are made from carefully selected and controlled only Slovak milk.
Paris whipped cream is made from 33% cream.
Yes, the base is 33% cream, treated only by pasteurization. Whipping cream can theoretically be made from 28% cream, but to whip well, something would have to be added to "hold" it. We add nothing; we use honest 33% cream and add flavoring – cocoa syrup with a high cocoa content. This reduces the fat content in the final product but does not reduce its whipability. Good whipability and firmness of the whipped cream are achieved if the cream is properly chilled before whipping, optimally at 4 – 6 °C.
If it is made from fresh cream, how long does it last?
It is a product without preservatives and is not UHT treated. We wanted to deliver a quality fresh product with a shelf life of a maximum of 12 days. Retailers sometimes prefer products with a shelf life of, for example, three months, but long shelf life is at the expense of nutritional and sensory properties of the product. We did not want to go that way. Our Paris whipped cream is fresh, easy to whip, and tastes great.
