Ingredients
2 pcs eggs
1 pc vanilla sugar
350 g SABI curd
1 tsp baking powder
120 g semolina
60 g semi-coarse flour
a pinch of salt
100 g blueberries for filling the balls
Procedure
1. Beat eggs with vanilla sugar, add SABI curd, baking powder, semolina, flour, and salt. Mix everything thoroughly into a compact dough.
2. Shape balls from the dough, placing 2 to 3 blueberries in the center of each.
3. Boil the balls in hot salted water until they float to the surface.
4. Serve the balls with butter and toasted breadcrumbs, cocoa, or poppy seeds.

When shaping the dough, wet your hands with water to prevent the dough from sticking.
