Advantages of Dried Milk

One of its greatest advantages is that it has a much longer shelf life than fresh SABI milk. Thanks to this, SABI dried milk is suitable for preparation and consumption everywhere fresh SABI milk purchase and storage is problematic. For example, a vacation in a remote destination, a stay in the mountains, or a one-day hike in the forest, because it is not affected by high or low temperatures. You might say, I can just buy long-life liquid milk. Yes, you can. However, you already know that long-life milk (due to its high-temperature treatment) does not contain even half as many nutrients as fresh SABI milk. On the contrary, SABI dried milk, produced by the gentlest drying technology from our fresh milk, retains all beneficial nutrients.

And where can dried milk be used? For example, in a regular kitchen, you can prepare thickened milk for coffee or various milk sauces and stews (it can be used as a flour substitute, appreciated especially by people with celiac disease). Mothers can prepare a sweet treat for their children in the form of sweetened condensed milk in a tube, aka Pikao, and confectioners can use it, for example, in the preparation of fake marzipan. Its use is really wide; you just have to try.
