She has worked for Milk-Agro for eighteen years and would not change her job. She is responsible for a team of women, works as a store manager, and looks forward to work every day. The store in Spišské Vlachy ranked first in its region under her leadership. We talked about how this is possible with Mrs. Darina Forgáčová.
Is this your first diploma?
In the previous store, we had three diplomas: first, second, and third place. Although we had a cramped space, sales were high. Maybe based on that, this new store was created. We try to have the maximum assortment. I stick to the idea that a lot sells a lot. After many years of experience as a store manager, I have respect but am not afraid to take healthy risks. I order goods so that there are minimal shortages. We want our customers to buy almost everything in our store or at least what they are used to and especially our SABI products. If possible, I spend as much time as possible in the store. Together with the girls, we try to improve the store's appearance.
Every store has people, goods, managers, but each is different in some way. What makes your store different?
We try to offer customers quality, freshness, variety of assortment, and last but not least, a kind and helpful approach from our team to customers.
What do you attribute the fact that customers come to you in such numbers?
At the beginning, I set a goal to do everything possible to make this store the best in Spišské Vlachy. And customers appreciate it here because it is really the nicest store. Moreover, it is brand new. We thank all our customers and look forward to their next visits.
